This is the only boring part, we promise. In this stage you'll send us your security deposit, pay the activation fee,1Financing option available. and sign the lease agreement. We've provided a leasing calculator to determine your monthly payments.

Once we've agreed on a delivery date, we'll start to build your kit and keep you updated along the way. On the delivery day itself, we'll install it all and train you on the system, so you're ready for your launch date!

In addition to technical support, we provide the foundations in business and marketing as an Orion Partner.

01 Contact Us
02 The Paperwork
All of your merchant transactions will occur through your partner-designated bank account. We don’t take any royalties or commissions, so all the money you make from running scenarios is yours.
The security deposit is $5,000 due at the time of commitment by cash, check, or ACH only. The deposit is refundable at the time of lease termination with certain limitations.
The activation fee is $20,000, with an option to pay over three (3) years at a rate of 8% simple interest.
This fee covers:

The monthly lease is $1,667 with a minimum 1-year contract and a 3-year price guarantee.
This lease covers the Back-End Support that covers daily business, marketing, and technical aspects. The first payment will be due 30 days after installation.
03 The Build
When setting a delivery date, you'll need to think of when you plan on opening your doors and starting the training process in your own neighborhood.
The best part is that you don't start paying the Monthly Lease payment until 30 days after the installation on the delivery date!
Since each unit is custom-built for you, we'll need some time to get it together. We've designed each item to be as easy to set up and use as possible to make each session a breeze even for the computer illiterate.
Before we come for the installation, you'll need to ensure that there's a dedicated 20'x24' clear space for VR training. We'll handle the rest.
As for your digital space, we'll start setting up the foundations for your Back-End Support so that we're ready to launch when you are.
04 Back-End Support
We'll answer all calls that come in through our Centralized Call Center so that you can focus on what you do best.
We'll also set you up a one-page appointment-based web page connected to the Orion Training System site and your company page.
We have several avenues to reach out to our existing clients, including through our newsletter, social media, and email marketing strategies.
Since we already have an established platform of members, we want to show you off and highlight you as a Partner, showing that there are more training opportunities popping up around the country.
To ensure everything is running smoothly, we'll set you up with dedicated personnel that you can contact directly for any technical support.
We'll also send quarterly updates, new scenarios, and hardware updates as necessary the keep you up to date with the latest and greatest we've got.
05 Delivery, Installation, & Training
We pair every Partner with a dedicated personal contact who will personally deliver your kit to your training space. They'll be your go-to just in case you have any technical difficulties in the future.
We've made our systems as user-friendly as possible with the idea that it's all plug & play, but while we're there, we'll set you up, so you don't have to worry about anything technical.
Now, for the best part: we'll take the rest of the day to train you on the system itself! We'll run through all the scenarios and debriefs and get you confidently running the system on your own.
